Recently, the merger with the historic Birreria Centrale has given life to a single reality under the same name, maintaining intact the soul and atmosphere that have made both places famous.
Since 2012, Alessandro and Massimiliano Galli have been leading the Hosteria, carrying on a tradition made of passion for authentic flavors and attention to the seasonality of the ingredients. Our menu is a tribute to Tuscan cuisine, with refined dishes that enhance niche products and raw materials selected from small local producers.
Our philosophy is also reflected in the food and wine events that we regularly organize. On these occasions, we offer fixed-price tasting menus, consisting of 5 or 6 courses, each paired with a wine selected from our cellar.
